Demand, Fulfillment, S&OP, Enterprise Supply Planning (ESP), Supply Chain Planner (SCP), BY Platform
Job Description/Summary:
Position is focused on supporting various BY Planning solutions in Demand/Strategy/Supply Planning space across Retail and Manufacturing verticals.
Needs to work with cross functional teams including Product Development, Consulting and Cloud services.
Provides technical and non-technical support during the Steady state period. Provides primary user support and verifies that the system provides the required business functions and maintains data integrity.
This position may require Weekend coverage and response to customer cases during 'on-call' periods.
Understands how BY solutions (S&OP, SCP, ESP, Demand, Fulfillment, Platform) can be configured to better facilitate client business processes.
Responsibilities:
Understand the implemented solution/ products
Analyze the issues, identify Root cause and find the permanent solution to any problem
Work with BY product experts on the solution
Work with Product Development for code fix and testing the patches in the support environment before delivery
Adheres to SLA based on the severity of the customer cases.
Complete the product certification courses assigned.
Document the learning and building the knowledge content
Desired Skills:
Skill set and availability requirements as per the organization's needs
Worked on other Supply Chain Planning software like SAP-IBP/ APO, o9, Kinaxis, Relex
Knowledge in performance tuning techniques is added advantage.
Understanding and experience with the technical requirements for the product line assigned.
Understanding of various technical platforms and infrastructures.
Understands BYs product suite so as to convey relationships and touch-points to the customer.
Works with appropriate parties to ensure issues are resolved.
Required skills and experience:
This position requires someone who is smart, highly motivated, learns quickly, hardworking and thrives in a fast-paced team environment
Requires a bachelor s degree (in Industrial/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent) and 3 years of experience in SC domain
Must have effective oral and written communications skills and the ability to work successfully with internal and external stakeholders
Strong analytical/problem solving skills, ability to provide alternatives, root cause analysis, testing skills and ability to make thoughtful proposals are also among the skills required
Basic understanding of Customer business and processes
Candidates have relevant experience on BY SCPO and Manufacturing Planning suite of products
Good Knowledge of PL/SQL
Good to Have Next Gen Skills:
Should have strong flair for technology and hands on expertise in debugging/analyzing code in any of the programming languages (Java)
Should contribute towards continual improvement to enhance customer experience using the NextGen technology skills (AppDynamics, Azure)
