SVP Engineering
It is the leading personalization platform that is disrupting advertising by empowering brands, agencies and ad platforms to easily revolutionize their marketing, build stronger relationships with customers and increase engagement 5X-7X and activation 2X-3X by producing and deploying thousands (or even millions) of hyper-personalized, data-driven, video and display ads and messages, utilizing 10-plus data sources on 26 channels.
Role Description & Responsibilities:
We are looking for a SVP of Engineering (candidates with experience will also be considered for an EVP level position) to join the growing global engineering team.
The primary responsibility for this role are as below:
Develop roadmap and lead all technology efforts for the company in conjunction with CTO.
Actively manage staff of technology/media executives in India, US, UK and other territories as needed, being intimately involved and responsible for action items/deliverables against the above roadmap.
Advise and implement strategic and technology development objectives for the Company. Other related tasks, as assigned by CEO and CTO. Qualification:
6+ years of experience in software development with at least 3 years in team building and management.
Hands-on experience in code review, system architecture design and development.
Strong cloud computing experience. Azure is preferred, AWS & GCP are valuable.
Strong Kubernetes experience is preferred.
Experience with Golang will be ideal. Other languages like Python, PHP, Java are welcome.
Experience with Agile development framework.
Demonstrable experience in building CI/CD pipelines.
Candidates from AdTech and/or video personalisation would have an advantage.
Understanding of Facebook, Google, Twitter and other social media advertising.
