Job Description
Team: Manufacturing Planning
Designation: Consultant
Job Role: Product Role for Order Sequencing and Slotting and for Sequencing Products
Essentials:
1. Build business relationship with key customer contact and TAM, and enhance the trust
2. Quickly identify customer issues to specific product Order Sequencing and Slotting & Sequencing( The associate will be trained)
3. Ability to conduct deep dive analysis of the customer issue related to product or platform (Adept in PL-SQL, Database Query Language)
4. Customer communication & situation management to avoid escalation
5. Enable BY support to resolve customer issues through sharing best practices, training, tooling and directly resolving escalations
6. Ability to partner with engineering, platform operations, and customer service teams to restore customer application availability ( To avoid SLA Misses)
7. Proactively monitor customer issues until they are fully resolved, keeping the customer informed along the way of incident(Service Ticket) life cycle
8. Ability to focus on support/incidents & issues
9. Skilled at documenting key learnings and other relevant details as part of the support provided
10. Continually improve skills through work experience and training(s)
11. Inclination to learn next generation technology and also scale as per the latest changes and innovation in the product
Primary Skill-set:
1. Excellent in Technical Skills like SQL, Database Query
2. Ability to resolve tickets, debug
3. Publish RCA
4. Excellent Communication Skills
Specialized Skill-Set:
1. Good to have, Supply Chain or Retail Domain Experience
