Job profile / description - The Investment Analyst will have to make recommendations in the investment decision making process through thorough and timely independent analysis. Job responsibilities - * Analyze individual companies, interpret market and industry trends and examine specified market sector activity to provide information and analysis required in the investment decision-making process * Create financial models and valuation analysis * Use trading metrics and statistical data to identify areas to increase profitability and improve performance * Develop and implement trading strategies through the detailed analysis of attributes * Appraise self of unexpected or unique elements like earnings reports etc * Keep self informed of market trends and analyze the effect of these trends on investment portfolios. * Keep self updated of global equity markets Qualification and skills - * CFA or MBA (specialization in Securities Analysis and Portfolio Management) * Thorough knowledge of tradable securities like stocks, options, futures, bonds, commodities, currencies, crypto currencies * Well versed with various option strategies to hedge and manage risk * In-depth knowledge of Technical and Fundamental Analysis * Good familiarity with reading chart patterns and applying indicators * Good quantitative skills * An intense interest in the stock market * Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment both independently and as part of a team * Prior trading experience will be a plus Number of openings - 1 Years of experience - 3-5 years Salary range - Rs.25000 - Rs.30000 (plus incentives).
