Opening in IT company for a Customer Care Exe./Relationship manager - primary requirement is that you should have good english. You will be supporting and helping international customers on restaurant/hotel industry food ordering software and ecommmerce product.

Your job role is very simple and straight forward - you will only need to have good English and clear communication. You will be trained on our product and then you will need to give demo of our product to customer, reply to their queries via emails, instant messengers like skype and whatsapp, calls etc. Connect the customer to higher management when needed and play the role of a customer account manager.
