Cloud Engineer Trainee Job in Spektra Systems Llc

Spektra Systems is seeking engineering graduates to join for various roles around Microsoft Cloud technologies. You will go through a rigorous 3-month intern-to-hire program involving training, mock projects etc. You will have opportunity to learn & work on one or more technologies listed below:

Spektra will provide full time employment opportunity upon completion of internship, based on your performance & evaluations during internship. There are multiple open positions in cloud administration, support & implementation roles around Microsoft cloud technologies.

Overview

• Provide Technical Support to US Customers forMicrosoft365, Azure, User managementetc.
• Provide End user support for Windows 10, MS Office, One Drive, MacOS, Printers and related technologies.
• Perform and maintain user provisioning and de-provisioning tasks.

• Learn the latest Microsoft Cloud technologies and provide solutions with using other latest technologies.
• Learn Ticket management tools, internal/externalcommunication,and processes to deliver top quality service.
• Analyze, identify, and remediate issues within client infrastructures.
• Windows Server Management and Monitoring
• Preserve and grow your knowledge of help desk procedures, products, and services by pursuing continuing education both inside and outside of work to maintain professional expertise.

• Provide voice andchat-basedsupport for ourcustomers.

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellentcomprehension skills.
• Understanding ofticketing and time tracking procedures.

• General high-level understanding of IT, Computers and Cloud Services.
• Basic skills of research and learning using the Internet (Self-help).
• Relentless client-focus, and ability to consistently deliver high-quality customer service.
• Adherence to workflow best practices: attention to detail, thoroughness, and follow-through.
• Ability to accurately schedule and effectively balance multiple short and long-term project work for timely completion.

• Ability to work autonomously and with other members of the technical and operations teams.
• Must be willing to work on full night shift schedule along with optional rotational shifts.
• You must have a working laptop, good internet connection and power backup to be able to participate in internship program effectively.
• You must be able to dedicate 40 hours a week(Mon to Fri) to the internship program.
• You ve completed your graduation in technical degree s and do not have any backlogs. (B.Tech/BE, BCA, MCA, M.Tech etc.)
