Understand client needs and objectives, and present our products/services as tailored solutions to address their requirements. Collaborate with the marketing team to strategize and execute lead generation campaigns. Attend networking events, conferences, and industry gatherings to represent the company and identify business opportunities. Create and deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value of our offerings. Negotiate and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both the client and the company. Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and sales activities using CRM software. Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to provide insights to the management team. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth transition of new clients and projects. Provide regular reports on sales activities, progress, and challenges to the management. Continuously improve your sales techniques and approaches through feedback and professional development. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. A minimum of 1 year of experience in a business development or sales role, preferably in a similar industry. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and establish trust. Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving goals. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools for lead management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as required.
