Job Summary
- Preparing technical specification report for all the products, analyzing the procedures involved in the usage, and recommending required improvements to be implemented on the system for ensuring the optimal level of consumer service
- Preparing presentation report of products with all technical specifications, performing demos in front of clients regarding product performance, and increasing product sales by persuading customers to buy the product
- Taking feedback from customers regarding their product requirements, communicating their needs to the developmental team for better equipment designing and implementing the marketing strategy accordingly
