Job Summary
Position: Lead/Principle Engineer - Android
Education: BE/BTech (IIT/BITS/ISB/NIT/ Any premium institute)
Location: Bangalore (Jayanagar)
Experience: 8+ Years
Compensation: 35 to 45 Lacs + ESOP
The ideal candidate will have:
About 8+ years professional experience in android development.
Must have worked in a startup, built applications individually and saw commercially successful scale.
Experienced with common android libraries like Retrofit, OkHttp, Picasso, RxJava, ButterKnife, Dagger, Gson, Arch-components etc.
Excellent debugging skills, including identifying memory leaks, performance bottlenecks, and using tools like adb, proguard, etc
Strong system design and architecture skills - specifically for android. Curiosity to tinker round,explore new paradigms and strong zest for continuous improvement.
Localizing apps to support multiple languages and regions, vernacular libraries and fonts.
Knowledge of Databases like SQLLite, Realm, Room, etc
Working knowledge of React Native
Experience with SaaS platforms for mobile development like Analytics, Push Notifications, Cloud Storage, Ad Networks, etc
