As a Project Coordinator at Squareboat, you'll have endless opportunities to execute on roadmaps spanning multiple web and mobile products with a young, smart, and passionate team of developers and designers.

What are you going to do?

• Act as the day-to-day Project Coordinator for 8-10 active client projects, exhibiting ownership over all client meetings, written status updates, demos, and iterative scope / expectation management.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties for the flawless execution of projects working with customers on a daily basis.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
• Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
• Ensure resource availability and allocation.
• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Report and escalate to management as needed .
• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Meet with customers to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project.
• Delegate project tasks based on team members individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels.
• Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of projects.
• Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with customers as well as other members in the team.
• Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs.

You need to have:

• Well versed with SDLC, Agile methodologies and modern day technologies such as PHP, React, Flutter, Node, AWS, Cloud architectures etc.
• Good overall understanding of design, software development, testing, deployments etc.
• Excellent written and verbal client-facing and internal communication skills
• Bachelor s Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
• 1+ Years of Experience required.
