Developing specific Safety Training Modules for Contract workers & Non-Management employees.
Responsible to prepare Safety data sheet(SDS) and data bank for all chemicals used in R&D/Pilot Plant.
Coordinate with CTG Members in R&D, Pilot & Design in collecting inputs on Chemicals used, best safety practices being followed and worldwide safety practices being followed.
Responsible for workplace assessment, exposure control program and PPE s assessment.
Check design packages prepared on pilot plant modification and campaign modifications.
To assist in carrying out HAZOP for pilot campaigns.
Maintaining the records of Internal safety inspection and audit reports. Review of the points emerged from safety inspection and audits and recommend countermeasure or improvement plan.
Investigation of any safety incidents in lab & pilot plant and make recommendation for improvements.
Circulation Safety bulletin/ brochure at defined intervals and conducting safety week events.
