KRA :
1.Responsible for supervising and execution of plan as per schedule
2.Ensuring availability of on time materials, tools & equipments at site in co-ordination with store & central procurement team.
3.Day to day co ordinations with Management. Consultants, Contractors & Inter Department for the seamless execution of the project.
4.Responsible for optimum resource management (Manpower & Other Resources).
5.Keeping control over cost and overheads.
6.Responsible for all statutory clearance.
Job Specification [Skill Required]:
1.Capability of understanding of engineering drawings.
2.Technical know how and complete monitoring of BOM & BOQ.
3.Must have very strong people management skills
4.Must have strong Project Management experience (erection & commissioning experience of Furnaces & Casters)
5.Good communication skill (Verbal & Written)
6.Ability to present logical and persuasive arguments.
7. Good Negotiation Skill
Qualification : BE/ B Tech (Civil/ Mechanical) with 12 to 15 Years of Experience (Age 40+) , Diploma in Civil/ Mech. Engineering with 18 20 Years Experience (Age 45+)
