Job Summary

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Responsible to conduct, operating, and increase the business of the brand on key accounts with sales plan to achieve budgeted numbers.
  • Maintain cataloging, optimize content for listings, and listing hygiene as per platform standards/guidelines.
  • Category width, new launch performance, and other category-specific objectives.
  • Drive content innovation to improve organic reach.
  • Participate in key marketplace events and ensure brand visibility in key properties.
  • Ensure replication across multiple warehouse locations maintaining fill rates across clusters.
  • Taking complete ownership of the brand across various marketplaces including relationships with the key stakeholders
  • Define, develop and constantly optimize digital solutions to meet the goals and KPIs by developing and A/B Testing campaign strategies, landing pages & pricing strategies.
  • Keep collecting data for platforms for instance top selling products, competitor performance, advertising mechanisms, and so on.
  • Ability to build, drive and lead e-commerce departments, teams, and initiatives.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant work experience in e-commerce/D2C.
  • Should understand contribution margins, unit economics, and channel-wise P&L.
  • Preferably worked on Amazon Sponsored Ads with a strong understanding of PCOS/ROAS.
  • An MBA graduate with a good academic record from Tiers I or II school.
  • Experienced in FMCG / Consumer Goods/ Beauty Industry will be highly preferred.
  • Preferably worked on Shopify/ Facebook/ Ship rocket/ Google Analytics.

Skills Required

  • Entrepreneurial Mindset and willingness to take end-to-end ownership.
  • Driven by Sales and passionate about Improving Customer Experience.
  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills as well as proficiency in Excel.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce models like marketplace, dropship, and inventory led.
  • A strong sense of urgency and the ability to manage details and multiple tasks while responding to changing priorities and feedback.
  • A hands-on self-starter, with a can-do positive attitude, willing to roll up their sleeves to do whatever it takes to get the job done, and a strong work ethic.
