Tech-savvy experience with HR systems, recruitment networks and databases, digital channels, and employer brand marketing Ability to deal with ambiguity Analytical skills, coupled with the ability to think laterally and strategically. Strong innovation and creativity to design, develop, implement, and evaluate solutions to unique business situations.
