Job Summary

Job description

1. Checking Import & Inland Sales contract.

2. Drafting & checking Import as well as Inland Letter of Credit

3. Import and inland LC Amendments

4. Updating MIS reports for Inland and Import transactions

5. Documents preparation and co-ordination with bank for documents acceptance.

6. Coordination with bank for LC Issuance, LC amendments, import Document lodgement, payment

7. Outward remittance documents preparation

8. Filling of 15CA, Arranging Suppliers credit, Follow-up with CHA for Duty payment, IGM filling, Checklist

9. Co-ordination with Shipping companies for Trucking /THC charges & DO Charges.

10. Documents preparation for CFS nomination /DPD

11. Checking of Bank charges for Import & Inland LC issuance, Amendments, Retirement.

Minimum qualification requirement
  • Required - Import Export Documentation skill with 2+ years experience
  • Required - Bachelor's or higher education

    Required - Located in Mumbai

    Required - Good command over English,Hindi,Gujarati

    Experience Required :

    2 to 3 Years
