Role Objectives.

1. Formulation of Business Plan across different business segments and at organization level.

2. Periodic Variance analysis on all financial parameters across various business segments and company.

3. Forecasting of Revenue and Profit across different business segments and company.

4. Formulation of Annual Operating Expense Plan across different business segments and at organization level

Job Description

Financial Planning:

1. Formulation of Business Plan across different business segments and at organization level.

2. Periodic Variance analysis on all financial parameters across various business segments and company.

3. Forecasting of Revenue and Profit across different business segments and company.

4. Quantifying the impacts of regulatory/ Macroeconomic changes/ Business Risk Factors (What-if Scenarios) on Earnings Forecast to Top Management to support informed decision making at all levels.

5. Pro-active periodic support in strategy formulation/review by suggesting the impact of changes in key business drivers for successful realization of financial goals of the organization.

6. Automation of Process and integration of various business sources to improve internal & external reporting.

Budget Control:

1. Formulation of Annual Operating Expense Plan across different business segments and at organization level.

2. Variance analysis of Budget vs. Actual and reporting same to the cost owners.

3. Cost benefit evaluation

4. Conducting cost reviews and engaging with cost owners for discussion on cost reports

5. Preparation of expense forecast.

6. Budgeted expense allocation including daily transactional activities relating to Budget re-allocation.

7. Preparation & implementation of cost optimization and operational efficiency related Projects/ Plans across the company.

MIS:

1. Management reporting

2. Departmental expense reporting and analysis

3. Zone / Region / Branch Profitability

4. Regulatory / Investor reporting
