Job Objective

To spearhead the Fraud Control Unit operations for the organization. It is a strategic role based out of the corporate office, where the incumbent is expected to provide strategic inputs and also ensure a seamless execution of initiatives across zones, sounds exciting doesnt it? so lets catch up

Role Objectives.

1. Will be responsible for managing financial implications of fraud & putting preventive & diagnostic systems around the same

2. Responsible to set up framework to identify scope of frauds and building systems to prevent the same

Job Description

1. Conceptualize and develop the framework & structure across different types of frauds

2. Undertake fraud risk assessment in KYC, financial frauds (vendor/employee/customer), whistle blower allegations, corporate investigations etc.

3. Implementation of necessary & suitable IT infrastructure & process flow

4. Ensuring end to end investigation of all matters related to fraud and vigilance and taking it to logical conclusion in terms of corrective & punitive action.

5. Risk profiling, intelligence, and evidence gathering (legal perspective)

6. Ensuring relevant training/ aware ness is provided to zonal employees on all aspects of fraud risk management

7. Periodic fraud analysis and propose solutions to mitigate the fraud risk

Key Competencies Required

1. Knowledge of Fraud detection & prevention

2. Graduate with a minimum 15+ years of experience

3. Experience in managing teams
