- Take the marketplace to the next level from ever changing technological point
- Be flexible in tech stacks
- Could manage and groom the product/tech team
- Create website layout/user interface by using standard practices
- Gather and refine specifications and requirements based on business needs
- Create and maintain documentation processes
- Maintaining, expanding, and scaling the platform
- Stay plugged into emerging technologies/industry trends and apply them into operations and activities
- Apply strong organizational skills to juggle between multiple tasks within timelines and budgets
- Ready to take on additional responsibilities if and when required
- You understand "Scaling" in 1) People 2) Technology and 3) Business dimensions
- Available to invest yourself into the mission in full time capacity
- Startup background will be a preference, but not a must
