Requirements

• Able to deliver accurate reports and documentation
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Strong knowledge of the Microsoft suite, in particular Excel
• Highly analytical
• Excellent attention to detail
• Proactive and able to take initiative
• Capability to work on multiple tasks at one time while maintaining high-quality standards
• Great interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of Agile Scrum / Kanban
• 2+ years experience

Key tasks

On a typical day, you may be:

• Attending internal meetings with members of the leadership team
• Taking meeting notes and ensuring any actions are assigned and completed
• Analysing requested and reported time for our portfolio of projects
• Creating reports to go out to our clients to show what work has been completed
• Ensuring tasks are set up and assigned within our delivery and operational management tools
• Supporting the product team with delivery management
• Working with the other members of the P&D team to embed new processes into the company
