Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, debug, and modify components of existing SFDC applications and supporting technologies
• Provide technical leadership to hardworking developers, who improve and maintain Connect care/Veeva Salesforce environment
• Will drive application design and development with scalable solutions addressing potential future needs
• Support diverse partner groups in all phases of Salesforce development: planning/grooming, delivery, support
• Translate business requirements into logical, component-based technical designs
• Participate in daily stand-ups to provide updates and maintain transparency within the group and across the business
• Will be an active participant in architecture and design discussions to promote alignment to development standard methodologies
• Lead the peer code reviews to drive consistent quality across the platform
• Will solve and drive resolution of bugs/issues
• Contribute technical insight to daily support issues, as needed

* Min 7+ years previous development experience with Salesforce.com with Connected care app and Veeva

* Strong experience in Visualforce, APEX, SOQL, SOSL, Lightning

* Skilled in technical analysis and object-oriented programming

* You have detailed knowledge of Salesforce.com architecture, cloud limitations and alternate/workaround solutions

* Experience using SFDC-related tools (Eclipse IDE, Apex Data Loader, Workbench)

* Ability to communicate with all levels within the organization

* Team-centric but able to work autonomously

* Ability to prioritize and maintain deadlines
