Role:Scientist

Experience5-8 years

Qualification:M.Sc./Mtech in biotechnology

Thisposition is supervisory and assisting manager for deliverables.

1. Design and execution of experimentas well as interpretation of results and experience to lead and to performcell-based assays.

2. Responsible for on-time andon-budget delivery of work packages within a project.

3. Perform validation as per USPregulatory guidelines

4. Experience in bioassay dataevaluation, trending, control limit setting, QBD, DOE for cell-based bioassays.

5. Experience in liquid handlers likeTecan

6. Should be experience in root causeinvestigation for failures and implement corrective and preventive actions.

7. Knowledge and experience in some ofthe following assays is desired- Insulin assays, Mabs assays and flow cytometryassays.

8. Should have experience on insulinassays

9. Should have experience in writingprotocols and reports without support.

1 Experience in cGMP systems isdesired.

11 Should support the set up of the newlaboratory by working with the relevant stakeholders

1 Ensure that the all laboratoryoperations are carried out in compliance with CGMP and regulatory commitments.

You should be able to work in flexible manner and meet tight timelines.

This position requires sometimes to work in shift and weekends
