Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

1. The candidate's primary responsibility will be servicing the faulty materials within SLA.
2. Responds to customer complaints, evaluates, and resolves problems of the customer.
3. Analysis, inspects and reviews findings to determine the solution to the problem that the customer demands.
4. The candidate has ability to find fault in the PCBs and rectify the same, to avoid any major problems in the future.
5. Service Report preparation.
6. Daily status Report and Monthly service reports preparation.
7. Repeated failure analysis report preparation.
8. The candidate shall be ready to travel on a requirement basis.
9. The responsibility will also be considered not to share or disclose any of the confidential data such as circuit diagrams, software etc.
10. The candidate shall be responsible for the entire service equipment and tools.
11. Sharing Estimation to the customer and follow-ups through odoo.
