Job Summary
Responsibilities :
- Provide day-to-day hands-on sales execution, including marketing requirements.
- Build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, negotiate, and close business deals.
- Able to lead a Team of Salespersons and achieve Sales targets.
- Preparing Techno-commercial proposals for Board of Directors and various decision-making
- To propose custom build software solutions to clients. Working under strict deadlines monthly/Quarterly targets, etc. Promotion of new software products to the customers
- Build sustainable customer relationships by engaging with both IT and business users
- Ensure Business targets are met or exceeded on a quarterly and annual basis
- Build strategic relationships with assigned accounts.
- Drive sales strategy sessions for assigned accounts while contributing to and coordinating the execution of the account plans within the assigned region
- Developing and maintain a Sales Pipeline, including pursuing sales leads and prospective clients within our CRM/IOT/IR applications
- Visiting client s place for product demonstration.
- Delivering customer presentations and proposals, and negotiating and closing business deals
- Maintaining awareness of legislation and best practice and Providing updates on sales leads to Senior Management.
- Manage outstanding payments & set targets for the salespeople to achieve.
- Exp of complex sales cycles for SAAS/ERP business for 1 Year to B2B clients
- Good experience in IT Software industry
- Should have a customer focus and result oriented approach
- Ability to handle key accounts. Identifying suitable customers for sales and building a comprehensive funnel.
- Experience in demonstrating products to potential clients
- Possess deep product knowledge with an ability to show product demos as needed.
- Min 1years of sales experience for a B2B SaaS product to India enterprise clients.
- Proven track record of growing business and exceeding revenue targets.
- At least 1years of experience in selling software/technology to corporate executives
- Commercial awareness of mobile and digital products, and SAAS
- Must be willing and able to travel to assigned locations
- Fluent in English
- First, two months salary is provided on a commission basis
- A fixed salary will be implemented according to the first 2 months of work progress.
