Quality Control Management:
Develop and implement quality control processes to monitor the casting process from raw material inspection to final product testing.
Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify deviations, defects, and areas for improvement.
Establish quality checkpoints at each stage of production to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain comprehensive records of quality tests, inspections, and audits.
Generate detailed reports on quality performance, including defect rates, scrap levels, and non-conformances.
Communicate quality metrics and performance indicators to management and relevant stakeholders.
Supplier and Customer Relations:
Collaborate with suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality raw materials and components.
Address quality concerns raised by customers promptly and effectively, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
Work closely with the sales and customer service teams to understand customer requirements and expectations.
Required - Bachelor's or higher education
Required - Located in Rajkot
Required - Good command over English,Hindi,Gujarati
