? Treasury Operation - Responsible for the companys financing program and proving insights on the various financing activities considered by the company.
? Prepares Forecast for the year as per business line, appropriate collection and banking setup.
? Ensures timely closure of accounts books, MIS.
? Commodity Risk/Forex Management -Manages Commodities Index/FOREX transactions involving constant monitoring the dynamics of Commodities/FOREX markets to maximise profits by appropriate entry into Hedging transactions, to ensure full protection of companys margin.
? Receivable Management/Revenue Assurance /Inter Company & CSR - Monitor debtors, evaluate and control risk, perform unitwise risk analysis and report it to the board.
? Payable Management Sets up a review mechanism for payment scheme suitable for the project and designed to optimise companys resource allocation.
? Budgeting and Reporting Screens new projects and conducts feasibility studies to determine the financial viability of new ventures, prepare financial projections for keeping a track on cash flows of various projects and divisions. Prepare Variance analysis, forecasting and various MIS
