Qualifications
Minimum of 7-10 years of QA Automation Engineering experience. [Must-Have]
Strong hands-on experience in backend testing, API testing and automation skills. [Must-Have]
Experience in Object-Oriented programming languages, specifically java, with experience and knowledge in Java version 8 or more. [Must-Have]
Experience in one or more scripting languages, preferably python. [Nice-to-Have]
Basic knowledge in shell scripting is required. [Must-Have]
Experience with performance and load testing. [Must-Have]
Experience working in Agile environments. [Must-Have]
Experience in JIRA management tool, defect cycle, defect priority and triage. [Must-Have]
Solid understanding and experience working with AWS and its services. [Nice-to-Have]
[if not AWS, any other public cloud provider Must-Have]
Experience in SQL for backend testing of databases. [Must-Have]
This includes knowledge in database design, as well as the capability of writing and executing queries and procedures. [Must-Have]
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. [Must-Have]
Experience in git source control. [Must-Have]
Experience in CI/CD tools. [Nice-to-Have]
Strong problem-solving skills. [Must-Have]
Bachelors or master s in computer science or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop test frameworks for new projects
• Develop regression tests for existing projects
• Integrate testing frameworks with CI/CD tools.
• Work closely with backend engineers to seamlessly integrate testing suits into the development processes.
• Design, develop and execute automated tests, including, unit tests, integration tests, load tests,volume tests, both in Blackbox and White box models.
• Setup and maintain test environments.
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
