Inventory associate need to have knowledge to create, develop and implement inventory related activities in an organization. Responsibility of timely operations support. In addition, Inventory associate must maintain a good long-term relationship with Operations and Supply Chain stake holders, as well as analyze complex functions.

Roles and Responsibility –
To ensure timely OPOs creations for all operational activates
Continues efforts to make Inventory Bulk readiness for next three months
Coordinate with Operations, QA and Planning teams for timely supply as per demandrequirement.
Priority settings & Follow-ups with Operations/QA to get material ready on time for pack plan.
Focus on Inventory upgradations process like blending/LDS/Remil/ Unpacking.
Making various analysis reports like Inventory reviews, Pack plan achievement, blending, supply shortages etc.
Close Tracking on pack plan and inventory related issues
Support all type of Demo orders in time
Inventory movements as per local /Global guidance
ST II creations on monthly and timely.
Additional support in month end for sales teams, Operation team in solving order issues, SAP errors etc.
New materials creations and Ensure to maintain right BOM in all type of OPOs.

Knowledge and Skill –
SAP & advance excel knowledge highly desired.
Very good communication skills both verbal and written required.
Excellent analytical skills are must required.
Proficient in Microsoft office Suite and have strong computer skills and background.
Minimum Qualification –
Bachelor’s degree in Science, Commerce or Operations Related Areas.

Experience –
1-2 years’ experience in Inventory/Operations/MIS Role.
