Conduct efficient & effective TechnicalInduction, GxP Refresher training, event training & other need basedtrainings on periodic basis.
Create & manage the Trainers poolthrough Train the Trainer program so as to address different Training programrequirements.
Designs, develops & manages StandardOperating Procedure for Technical Training function.
Ensure the training compliance for permanent/contractemployees as per the Training SOP.
Ensure the competency requirements as perthe Training SOP.
Conduct Training effectiveness program asper the Training SOP.
Designs, develops & manages Trainingmodules in Track Wise.
Administrator for IT enabler- LearningManagement System (Compliance Wire) for ensuring the compliance for AlathurSite.
Participate in Internal/Customer/RegulatoryAudits.
Perform QMS elements relatedactivities/tasks in Track Wise & qualification process in a timely manner.
Perform other duties/new tasks as assignedby CFT Teams/HOD.
