Job Description :

• Acquiring new & existing customers to sell Secured & Unsecured Loans
• Should have very strong knowledge about Unsecured Loans/Secured Loans
• Enhancement & deepening of the existing relationship by cross- selling products and services as per the profile & need of the customer.
• Sell & Promote Personal & Business Loans & Lead Generation.
• Meeting sales target given by the organization. Generating business through DSA / Channel partner/ Open Market
• Handle the Builders / Architects / Contractors / Chartered Accountants to generate business for Housing Finance.
• Participate actively in sales planning to generate action plans for meeting targets

Key Skills :

Graduate/Post Graduate.

Thorough understanding of Home Loan and Loan against Property market.

The candidate should have a minimum experience of 1-2 years in Housing Finance sales.

The candidate must have good Interpersonal Skills and personality.

Leadership skills, Communication skills, Relationship-building skills.
