Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR Executive to join our team.

Experience: 2 years

Qualifications:

Prior experience in Marcom/tech/design hiring.

Should have hired minimum 20 candidates in prior jobs.

Job Responsibilities:

Recruiting

Induction and onboarding of new candidates

Maintaining attendance and leave records

Design HR Policies & implement people strategies

Performance management

Off-boarding and exit management of employees

Coaching & mentoring to support employee development

Skills Required:

Entrepreneurial mindset, go-getter.

High level of dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.

Empathetic people leader

High energy, high integrity & work ethics.

Strong process orientation.

Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization.

Proficient in the use of Social Media hiring & alternate hiring strategies
