We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to act as a Technical Anchor within our Service Management team. This role requires 5+ years of experience with strong Java and Spring Boot skills, focusing on developing, maintaining, and enhancing software modules while guiding junior team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and debug software modules and components according to product requirements.
- Resolve complex technical challenges and implement solutions for performance, reliability, and security.
- Adhere to software design principles and engineering best practices (Unit Testing, Code Review).
- Support bug fixes and actively participate in the product lifecycle.
- Identify and implement product innovations.
- Mentor freshers and contribute to team goals.
