Position: Senior QA Engineer (Automation & Telecom)

Location: Bangalore, Karnataka, India

Department: Advanced Analytics

Experience: 3 - 6 Years

We're looking for a Senior QA Engineer with 3-6 years of experience, specializing in both automation and manual testing within the telecom domain. If you're proficient with Playwright and understand CI/CD pipelines, you're the ideal candidate to join our Advanced Analytics team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Automate test cases using Playwright for web applications.
  • Conduct manual testing for telecom functionalities (performance, stability).
  • Design and write detailed test cases based on requirements.
  • Manage test execution, defect tracking, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with teams to validate system behavior.
  • Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps).
  • Ensure quality gates are met before production releases.
  • Perform regression testing, UAT support, and production troubleshooting.

Skills You Need:

  • 3+ years QA experience (manual & automation).
  • Strong Playwright or similar automation framework experience.
  • Telecom project experience (BSS/OSS, network provisioning, fraud management, etc.).
  • Knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Azure DevOps).
  • Proficiency in JIRA, TestRail, or similar tools.
  • Familiarity with JavaScript/TypeScript or Python.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum.

Nice to Have:

  • API testing (Postman, REST-assured).
  • Git version control.
  • Cloud platform exposure (AWS, Azure).
