Job Summary Job Description: We are looking for a Digital Marketing Expert to manage all SEO and SEM activities. You will be responsible for implementing strategies to increase rankings across major search networks through content strategy, link building, keyword targeting, and performance marketing. Additionally, you will execute digital marketing campaigns, analyze results, and optimize based on data insights to grow revenue. Key Responsibilities: SEO & SEM Strategy: Manage and optimize all SEO activities including content strategy, link building, and keyword strategy to enhance rankings. Campaign Execution: Design and execute marketing strategy campaigns to grow revenue through digital media. Data Analysis: Extract and analyze data from multiple channels after campaign launch to assess effectiveness. Performance Marketing: Solid understanding of performance marketing and leveraging analytics tools to optimize campaigns. Website Analytics: Use tools such as Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, and WebTrends to track and analyze campaign performance. Bid Management: Experience using bid management tools like Click Equations, Marin, Kenshoo, and Search Ignite for SEM optimization. A/B Testing: Conduct A/B and multivariate experiments to improve campaign outcomes. Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and limitations. Search Engine Algorithms: Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms and staying updated with industry trends. Requirements & Skills: Experience: Proven experience in SEO and SEM, with demonstrated success in managing and improving digital campaigns. Team Management: Previous experience in team handling and leadership. Analytics Tools: In-depth experience with web analytics tools (Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends). Bid Management: Familiarity with bid management tools (Click Equations, Marin, Kenshoo, etc.). Testing: Knowledge of A/B and multivariate testing methods. Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with an understanding of web development constraints. Search Engine Knowledge: Familiarity with SEO ranking factors and search engine algorithms. Current Trends: Stay up to date with the latest SEO/SEM trends and best practices. Qualifications: Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience in a related field. Fluency in Microsoft Office Suite / Google Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
