Job Summary
This is a remote position.
As a UX/UI designer, you will be responsible for delivering the best online user experience, which makes your role extremely important for our success and ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. The UI/UX designer will work closely with the Product and Engineering team and designers to ensure seamless web/mobile design and the successful implementation of UI/UX best practices and principles across all our digital platforms.
- Developing and conceptualizing a comprehensive UI/UX design journeys and userflows.
- Collaborating, communicating and designing user-experiences from low-fidelity sketches to hi-fidelity pixel perfect mock-ups.
- Validating ideas and designs using split A/B tests and product performance.
- Collaborating with the marketing team, and internal and external designers to ensure the creation and delivery of tailored experiences for the digital user.
- Staying abreast of UX trends and looking for creative ideas and inspiration in parallel analogous worlds.
- Identify design problems in existing products through heuristic evaluation and Competitive analysis by drawing analogies from other domains to solve certain problems faster without reinventing the wheel.
- Experience in designing for Native Android applications, iOS, websites, responsive and mobile web and UI interactions should be on your fingertips.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of UI and UX design experience. Preference will be given to candidates who have experience designing complex solutions for complete digital environments in both consumer facing and enterprise products.
- Proficiency in basic prototyping design softwares like Figma, Framer, Principle etc.
- Knowledge in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills are a plus. Code based design softwares is a plus.
- Ask smart questions, take risks and champion new ideas. Passion to try out new stuff and break the norm.
- A person who loves scale and is thinking of a solution for the masses.
- Ability to put his foot down and stand by his idea even if that means debating with the CEO.
- A person who does not believe in just meeting deadlines but rather thinking of broader goals of user experience and aims for scalable solutions.
