Job Summary

The role will be responsible for delivering profitable growth to the business in line with the strategic sales vision of the company. This role will include but not limited to the following:


Spearhead the agenda of WOD expansion for Sula s business in the region
Manage sales from retail outlets and key accounts i.e. Five Star Hotels & Hospitality group
Ensure the set sales targets are achieved keeping in line with monthly marketing budget
Be our Brand Ambassador and build and maintain strong, long-lasting trade relationships in the market, and external stakeholders like distributors and excise authorities for smooth operations
Keep a tap on competitors activities
Ensure smooth collections by liaising with Commercial Finance
Prepare and send monthly sales status reports

MUST HAVE REQUIREMENTS Graduate in any discipline
8-10 years of proven experience in sales UP markets with a background of strong on trade
Assertive, proactive and prompt at execution
Ability to manage and motivate team
Sector preference Wine & Spirits
DESIRABLE TRAITS Excellent analytical and organizational skills
The candidate should have a sound comprehension of excise policies, sales revenue, profitability and value chains
Experience Required :

8 to 10 Years
