Job Description:
- Maintaining records pertaining to labours and labour-contractors.
- Collecting the KYC documents required for statutory coverage (PF & ESI)
- Sending the daily attendance report of laborers & employees to HO
- Mobilizing and maintaining communication channels.
- Overseeing Guesthouse and food facilities
- Up keep of Site office and security arrangements
- To monitor staff attendance, leave, salaries, time office management etc.
- Conveyance facilities of Site
- Liaison with Govt.bodies/Local bodies on behalf of site/company.
- To handle site-accounts.
