Job Description:

• Maintaining records pertaining to labours and labour-contractors.
• Collecting the KYC documents required for statutory coverage (PF & ESI)
• Sending the daily attendance report of laborers & employees to HO
• Mobilizing and maintaining communication channels.
• Overseeing Guesthouse and food facilities
• Up keep of Site office and security arrangements
• To monitor staff attendance, leave, salaries, time office management etc.
• Conveyance facilities of Site
• Liaison with Govt.bodies/Local bodies on behalf of site/company.
• To handle site-accounts.
