Job Summary
  • To Determine and define scope of work and deliverables
  • To Predict resources needed to complete project
  • To Obtain necessary permits, approvals, and other regulatory prerequisites
  • To Draft and submit budget based on scope of work and resource requirements
  • To Manage costs in order to meet budget
  • To Provide direction over contracts and subcontracts
  • To Manage construction schedule and activities
  • To Issue progress updates as needed regarding costs and timelines
  • To Ensure work is done in compliance with all relevant building and safety codes
  • To Select and manage subcontractor and supplier relationships
  • To Coordinate efforts across entire project between architects, designers, engineers, and subcontractors

Qualification :
  • B.E. Civil Engineering
  • 5-7 years of experience in project management within construction
