Job Summary
Training and handling of employee and their issues through Union contract administration and Company policies Adherence to all company policies and procedures (ex Follow all Personnel Safety and Food Safety policies/procedures, GMP s and plant rules Supervises the fabrication of new and replacement skins, prosthetics and costuming systems for internal and external customers in accordance with all federal, state, and local safety, fire, and environmental codes Supervises animation and show character maintenance Interprets technical documentation and artistic renderings to support fabrication and maintenance Develops figure repair and replacement schedules and budgets to meet show quality Responsible for assigned area in production facility Lead a team of 50-100 hourly employees in attainment of all S.Q.D.C Drive continuous improvement through utilization of Lean Sigma and MDI (managing for daily improvement) tools and techniques
