Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achievement of Sales Objective (Revenue & PnL) for aligned e-commerce platforms
  • Measure & grow market share on aligned e-commerce platforms
  • Improve Performance Marketing Efficiency - Search Ads, AMS, FK PLA & PCA and visibility on platforms
  • Ideate, design & execute performance marketing & visibility interventions to drive growth
  • Manage and optimize content at the product, store, and campaign level
  • Track shifts and trends in performance to recommend necessary actions and optimizations
  • Audit assortment mix and channel mix to identify growth or expansion opportunities
  • Coordinate with brand stakeholders as well as external agencies to ensure timely adaptation & execution of campaigns/ programs
  • Customer relationship Build strong customer relationships
  • Operationally Manage PO & Inventory, fulfilment, handling distributor and platform
  • Growth of existing brand portfolio
  • Improve Ranking of brands
  • Monitor and improve SKU performance
  • Data Analysis of Sales, Brand consumer Insights and consumer trends
  • Competition tracking
  • JBP closure with key portals
  • Job Scope:

    Internal Interactions (within the organization):Functional Heads, Category Heads, CnF agents, Supply Chain Team

    External Interactions (outside the organization):E-Pharmacies, Distributors, Agency

    Job Requirements:

    Educational Qualification: Post graduation in marketing (preferably)

    Skills:

    Experience in handling online marketing activities AMS, FK Ads and paid marketing

    - Handled big sale events like Big Billion Days or Prime Day from brand side

    - Well versed in listing, cataloguing & merchandising on AZ, FK and E-Pharmacies

    - To be able to work with general trade distributors and handle channel margins and claims

    - To be able to work with finance team to understand reconciliation

    - Demonstrated experience of growing e-commerce business across AZ, FK, E-pharmacies and d2c channels

    Experience:

    8+ years of ecommerce experience in the following domains:

    - At least 3 years of handling ecommerce partners Amazon, Flipkart and E-Pharmacies -

    - At least 3 years of managing d2c brands/partners

    - Demonstrated experience of at least 3 years in category management (FMCG) Experience in handling online marketing activities AMS, FK Ads and paid marketing

    - Prior FMCG experience (brand or category) is mandatory

    - Prior experience of working with e-commerce portals backend Vendor Central, Seller Central, Vendor Hub etc.
