Job Summary
The website developer will be responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of our company's web pages. You will be working with a team of web designers and developers to create a website that is visually appealing and easy to navigate.

- Design and develop the company's website
- Follow best practices to ensure the site is accessible to everyone and meets WCAG accessibility standards
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure their needs are met
- Establish best practices for the development team to follow
- Track analytics and make recommendations based on findings to improve user experience
- Troubleshoot bugs as they arise
- Maintain current code base and provide updates as needed
- Participate in design reviews, code reviews, and other design/development meetings
- Participate in a daily standup with other developers
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, WordPress, and Joomla (or similar tools)
- Understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues
