We are looking for experienced and expert leaders who have robust experience in Magento projects both at technical and lead level. Required Skills:

• Must have experience in Magento 1 & 2 both.
• Must have experience in Magento data migration
• Should have Strong PHP, MYSQL, OOPS and RDBMS concept
• Should have strong knowledge of OOPS, MVC architecture
• Must have Extension installation, and configurations, frontend, and backend
• customization knowledge
• Upgrading Magento versions and themes, version upgrade and setting cron jobs
• Experienced in Magento Open Source and Commerce versions
• Should be able to understand and handle tasks independently
• Ability to work in deadlines, coordination with the team.
• Proficient in authoring, editing, and presenting technical documents
• Demonstration ability to adapt and work with team members of various experience levels
• Should have the ability to validate requirements against Magento s features and expected ones in near future as well.
• Should be well-versed, able to conceptualize and experiment with alternative architectural approaches and validate the architecture against requirements and assumptions.
• One who verifies and validates the development process, ensuring adherence to quality standards and methodology.
• Strong debugging capabilities are expected along with ability to improve outcomes and business motives with new development methodologies.
• Perceived as a technical leader both within Magento Services but also within the larger technical community internally, and with the technical staff of Magento customers and partners.
• In-depth knowledge of web-application security vulnerabilities and how to avoid them, understanding PCI compliance concepts
• Solid understanding of business strategy
• Perform team code reviews and provide technical oversight
• Implement and maintain Magento development standards and best practices
• Set up, configure, and optimize enterprise-level ecommerce software and servers
• Experience in Client Handling.
• Experience in Team Handling.
