Job Summary
Roles and Responsibilities:
Business Development:
Identifying and understanding leads and prospects
Competitor analysis and formulation of counter strategies
Track and measure the performance of the marketing personnel in branches
Improving awareness of the product and services among customers and prospects in the market.
Enhance current products based on market dynamics and competitor strategies based on company policies.
Ensure compliance with regulators, legal guidelines and also follow-up on their updates.
Customer Acquisition:
Market research and analysis to identify prospective customers
Organising customer loyalty programs and help in formulating targeting and pricing strategies
Interacting and negotiating business deals with corporates/relevant stake holders
Customer relationship and retention:
Coordinating with current & future customers, ensuring complete satisfaction and maximum utilisation of the product or services rendered to customers
Responding to customer queries, grievances and providing timely information and redressal
Understand the customer needs and improve customer loyalty
Realizing Objectives:
Forecasting sales and setting sales targets for subordinates.
Monitoring sales of subordinates motivating them to achieve targets.
Achieving self-targets on sales.
Assessing the managers performance and their territory and suggesting prospective sales for the territory.
Skills Required :
Manage the Business Development Activities for the area
Qualification : MBA IN SALES/MARKETING
