Skills Required

• After project allotment to study of input drawings received from client.
• Raising queries for the missing information & follow up for reply from customer.
• Planning and estimating the work schedules & finalize it with B/M.
• Make micro planning sheet in excel for project completion & get approve from BM & keep daily updating according to decided schedule.
• Work allotment and monitoring guiding to detailers in completing the work in scheduled time.
• Checking of output product by the detailer.
• Estimation for Proposals.
• Co-ordination of work flow in the team.
• Conducting Training classes for detailer sskills required.
• Study of input drawings, raising RFIs, Model checking, connection checking, coordination with clients, modelers and other team members.
• Team leader is responsible for behavior of his team members.
• To evaluates performance of team members & forward it to management.
• Preparation of Schedules, monitoring progress and quality.
• Process of adding resources to our existing team to meet the requirements of our current and upcoming projects.
• Preparing and checking design drawings, sketches, and calculation sheets.
• Checking of design of connections.
• Checking main steel and miscellaneous including handrails, grating, checkered plates, ladders & stairs.
• Checking drawings and details (GA, assembly & single part).
• Checking reports.
