Job Summary KEY DELIVERABLES (TOP 5):Key member of inter-city growth team over-looking all retention campaignsDesign and implement new campaign ideas that help increase customer retention & customer LTVComplete responsibility of communication design for all retention campaigns & execution across multiple channels like SMS, Whatsapp, AppContinuously report campaign performances along with user behaviour, cohorts generated, etcStrategize & implement loyalty program for inter-city businessDefine, report, and optimize key metrics periodically (Daily, weekly, monthly) and suggest changes/improvements that will boost the engagement
REQUIREMENTS (5-7 YEARS)
Prior experience in a retention role including using Whatsapp APIsProven experience working with industry tools like CleverTap, MoEnagage, One signal, webengage etc
