Job Summary
Key Deliverables (Top 5): Take up and deliver on offline sales targets for assigned routes Be the representative of Shuttl to various stakeholders in assigned cities Setup offline ground sales team consisting of BTL agents, travel agents, hotels, autorickshaw drivers etc.. Continuously drive offline sales by pushing the offline sales network Drive branding campaigns by installing branding collateral at different partners Conduct awareness campaigns which may include e.g. flyer distribution, newspaper inserts Collect feedback from customers on ground and ensure smooth transmission of information to office to ensure fast action
Required Experience:
2-3 years Experience in a Sales role or growth role
Behavioural Competencies:-
Comfortable working hands-on in a fast-paced environmentOwnership Driven and Strong People ManagementWillingness to be on-field at all times to manage sales executives
