Desired Candidate Profile Team handling exposure is a must Good understanding of Grounding and Shielding techniques. Schematic entry tool skills are essential. Strong interpersonal and communication skills and being a team player is essential. Excellent skills in Electronic Circuit Design-Dominant Analog, Digital, Embedded HW Battery management system design knowledge & hands-on preferred Design knowledge on BMS hardware preferred. RF design experience is added advantages. Circuit Design skills around Power electronics, Op-amp, and Discrete devices essential. Should have exposure on Microprocessors, Microcontrollers and SoC. Have hands on various power supply topologies, Inductor, Power Transformer, Switched Mode Fly-back/Forward Transformer Design. Should have experience in full hardware design life cycle. Preferably Industrial electronics background. Should be able to independently ideate and Solve complex electronic design problems through circuit simulation, theoretical analysis and lab tests. Thorough knowledge of board design, EMI Filter design, Lightning Analysis, Component selection and Simulation/modeling. Ability to work closely with ECAD engineers and providing inputs for placement and layout is essential. Should have well-grounded fundamentals and experience around Hardware functional, Thermal, EMI/EMC testing and debugging. Domain knowledge with Battery based energy management, BMS certification knowledge, BMS firmware & applicable standards will be an advantage. Knowledge of Intrinsic safety, Functional safety, RF based design will be an added advantage. Should have good communication Skills, leadership qualities and ability to work under pressure.
