Job Description:
- Identify Suppliers
- Compare Quotes, negotiate rates, terms etc.
- Raise Purchase Orders
- Follow-up till material received.
- Coordinate effectively to user departments (Production and Accounts);
- Follow-up for GRN;
- Verify GRN and Invoice;
- Coordinate payment to suppliers
- Know daily routine office work; should be able to do self correspondence.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- We are looking for candidates with good spoken and written English, ability to communicate independently. Negotiation skills, Soft Skills Excel, Word, Willingness to learn.
Qualification : Graduate
