Chartered Accountant Job in Suprajit Engineering Limited

1. Responsible for finalization of financial statements (standalone/ consolidated) and results on a quarterly and annual basis under IGAAP and Ind AS.

2. Co-ordinations with auditors/ consultants for finalization of financial accounts, tax audit, and transfer pricing.

3. Preparation of monthly MIS (standalone/ consolidated), presentations, and other reports and scrutiny of general ledger accounts.

4. Reporting to management over various other special reports like performance of subsidiaries, inventory aging reports etc

5. Preparation of income tax computation, advance tax computation, income tax return etc.

6. Assist in the finalization of annual budgets / consolidated budgets and forecasts on a periodical basis Preparation of budgets, performing variance analysis to determine difference between projected & actual results and implementing corrective actions for the same

7. Purchase order release control with the checking in SAP

8. Preparation and submission of Annual Progress Report (APR) of Company to Export authority

9. Proper maintenance of monthly fixed assets register, posting of depreciation with shift change control, capitalization of assets, Calculation of profit/ loss on sale of fixed assets.

10. Vouching and verification of journal vouchers /invoices before initiating payments and other overhead payment. Ensuring that voucher is correctly posted, TDS correctly deposited and have proper supporting and authorization

11. Coordination with other department and provide the data as required

12. Evaluation and review of internal controls & resource management

13. Ensuring input credit of GST are properly taken and all requirements of GST Act is complied with.

14 Periodically taking physical inventory of raw material, store and spare items, finished goods

Candidate should be CA/CA-Inter and should have 3-8 years of experience. Stable candidate from a Manufacturing background and having extensive knowledge of making Financial will be preferred. Candidate who can join immediately also specify in their Resume.
