Roles and Responsibilities:- *To handle complete recruitments, payroll, handling statutory compliances, staff welfare activities, employee motivation and building up strong team for the company. *Compile all data needed for the annual salary review, and the annual performance appraisal analysis and timely provide feedback / recommendations to the management. *The goal is to promote corporate values and enable business success through human resources management, including job design, recruitment, performance management, training and development, employment cycle changes, talent management, and facilities management services. *Ensuring successful completion of onboarding process, all joining formalities and documentation requirements within stipulated timelines *Review and monitor the development of Training Budget and Calendar for all departments based on the needs identified and ensure adherence to the same. *We are looking for a skilled HR manager to handle the all aspects of Human Resources. Desired Candidate Profile:- *Candidate must have experience in General & CORE HR activities *Candidate must be MBA in HR with minimum 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition / Management, Negotiate Salary, Payroll Processing, Attendance and Salary Processing Education:- Masters Degree in Human Resource Management Experience:- 5 to 10 years experience.
