• 7+ years of proven experience in selling software services related to JAVA/Liferay/Alfresco
• Outstanding track record of hitting sales targets and meeting revenue expectation
• Must have technical understanding of JAVA technologies and various content management systems
• Excellent skills on identifying new market segments and understanding market dynamics
• Superb ability in converting qualified leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
• Proficiency in identifying client needs and convert into the business through excellent communication and negotiation
• Experience in using various sales automation and reporting tools a plus
